Do you offer estimates?

     Yes, we offer free estimates call or email us to schedule an appointment today

When is the quickest you can come out?

    Our schedule varies upon emergency work and prior schedule arrangements

Do you make any money off of materials?

     No, we charge for the hourly work only and the same cost of the materials that we pay for.  We do not markup any percentages on the materials.   What we pay is what you are charged helping us pass the savings onto you and keeping it a fair price.    Many of our suppliers offer discounts to us on our materials and those discounts get passed directly to you

Do you have a referral list?

     Absolutely,  many of our previous customers are willing to let you check out our work inn person,   just get a hold of us and we will work out the details and get you into the hands of one of our many referrals in order to see our workmanship.

Do you supply your own subcontractors?

      We have subcontractors for everything.  Hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, you name it.  If you wish to supply your own we can work with them as well.   All of our subcontractors have been dealing with us for over 25 years and are considered part of our family.

Are you licensed and insured?

     Yes we are licensed in the state of Pennsylvania  #PA011607, and fully insured and can provide certificates if needed.

Are you Lead Paint Certified?

    Yes we are lead paint certified and have the equipment needed like specialized hepa vacs to keep it a lead free zone.
